Stealing is part of the service.

My Honda Jazz went in for a service on the 7th August 2019, having a full spare tyre, Yesterday, 26 August, i had to change a puncture and i had to replace it with a half pumped up biscuit tyre. This is the only time my car was not under my watch. My car has been serviced a few time at this dealership...the previous time i did check the spare. Just this last time i didn't.

Spoke to Joe the Services Manager, his response was that their security camera footage does not go back that far. He interviewed everyone in the service department but no one admitted to have removed a spare wheel from a car and no one saw anyone removing a spare wheel from a car.

This is the extent of which he is willing to go. My car will never be serviced by this dealership again. This is to serve as a warning to anyone that is interested in looking to service your honda at this dealership.
