My Honda Jazz went in for a service on the 7th August 2019, having a full spare tyre, Yesterday, 26 August, i had to change a puncture and i had to replace it with a half pumped up biscuit tyre. This is the only time my car was not under my watch. My car has been serviced a few time at this dealership...the previous time i did check the spare. Just this last time i didn't. Spoke to Joe the Services Manager, his response was that their security camera footage does not go back that far. He interviewed everyone in the service department but no one admitted to have removed a spare wheel from a car and no one saw anyone removing a spare wheel from a car. This is the extent of which he is willing to go. My car will never be serviced by this dealership again. This is to serve as a warning to anyone that is interested in looking to service your honda at this dealership.

My husband and I purchase a Kia Cerato Koup at Honda East Rand in November 2018. We collected the Vehicle on the 12 November 2018. On our way back home we heard the brakes squeaking, however we thought lets give it some time perhaps its just some dust inside. As days passed the problem persisted and we decided to give the sales guys (Eddy Kgatla) a call. He advised the brake pads were changed not so long ago however we can bring the vehicle in. More issues arose, fog light was not working and the back tyres had bumps inside, this was discovered after my husband got a flat tyre. On the 6 December 2018 Honda sent their driver to come collect the vehicle at my husbands work place and left him with a courtesy car. They returned the car on the 13 December 2018, when my husband asked their driver if the brakes are fine he responded "yes they are" which was a lie because even with the loudest music those brakes made a noise. We sent an email to the principal manager and the sales guy asking for a job card to see exactly what was done on the vehicle which we got from a gentleman by the name of Sam. After a lengthy email we sent addressing our frustrations he only commented by "see job card" now what about the issue at hand? Is this the way Honda East Rand treats their customers? We are really disappointed and frustrated with the service at Honda East Rand, the sales guy clearly got his commission and now he doesn't care about the customers. What mickey mouse workshop are they running if they can't sort out brakes or looking into whatever it may be that's causing the brakes to squeak? Honda East Rand sold us the vehicle under false pretence by keeping information from us.

My Honda Brio Sport had come up for it's first general service. And I had to be collected from my place of work to go and pick up my vehicle. Usually I don't like being driven around it makes me very nervous. However the driver that assisted me was absolutely incredible! Made me feel so comfortable and safe, good conversation. So friendly polite and wonderful! What an amazing human being!!!! Thank you so much Lennox!! I hope Honda East Rand never lets you go as they then won't have much of a business left in my opinion. As you provide such incredible customer service!! THANK YOU!!! :-)

On 1 December 2017 I phoned Catepillar Cape Town to order parts for our Catepillar bulldozer. I spoke to Jay Tee van Heerden he send me a quote for the parts and said they didn't have stock . If we wanted the parts we have to pay for the parts before they order. We then did the payment on the same day. Jay Tee said ot would take 10 days then we will have our parts after 10 days we try to contact Jay Tee again but he wouldn't return our calls. We then contact the parts manager he said Jay Tee was new and he will sort this matter out. On the 14 December 2017 Jay Tee informed us that they have received one of the parts but not the orher one. It's now 5 weeks later after numerous attempts by e mail Jay Tee still hasn't come back to us. This is pathetic service . Catepillar has receive our money and couldn't care if we got our parts or not and that our machine has been standing for nearly 2 months.
