HONDA Westrand charged me over R 23 000 and replace parts that was not faulty on the car. The car left with the same problem it came in with. What makes it worst is that I told them what the quoted does not make sense. But they were very arrogant and said that is the problem. Instead of correcting their mistake when they realized they quoted the wrong parts, they **** about it and tried to convince me they could only find the real problem after all the other parts was changed. Then they should have put the parts that was not faulty back is what a company would do that isn't ********. Their complaints department does not come back to you. Their Service Manager is the one that was trying to lie to me about it. So how does on do something about this? Honda doesn't care apparently that things like this is happening at their Dealerships.
