HONDA WING CENTURION AND HONDA SA - BAD SERVICE

It was amazing to order my first-ever motorcycle part from an agent.

Quintin assisted, check on the system, and assured me the parts will be ready in 2 days.

WHAT A SHOCK, it is Friday (5 days) and they are out of stock with a Spark Plug. No one has a Sparkplug???????

I phoned Honda SA and they ALSO tell me different stories. Blaming Honda Wing Centurion, and wise verse. How is this a clients problem?

According to Honda, NO ONE has a sparkplug for my Honda VFR. What utter nonsense.

Allen (Honda Wing Centurion), and Mpho (Honda SA) are the only 2 people that phone me back to keep me updated. Thank you 2 for at least trying to keep me happy and calm.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL.....
