UNPROFESSIONAL AND A SCAM !!!!

This Lady Monique Moss/Phillipson is a total SCAM artist, I placed my order of R800 in September 2020 and she said it would take 18 working days for delivery, after a month I still hadnt received anything

She doesnt not update her customers, I have to do the following up. Said to me my order should arrive soon, which it didn't. December came (Gifts were for christmas) and still nothing arrived, my frustration was at its end.

I asked for a refund which she said she will do at the end of January 2021 as that's when her supplier will refund her, up till date (08 February 2021) I have not received my Order or my Refund she just doesnt reply to me!

This woman is a scam and unprofessional, she does not know how to run a business and steals from other mothers!
