After a long hassle with Vodacom for 3 weeks not sorting out my problem of no internet, they then said my black box (which was powered through Metrofibre) needed to be activated. Called metrofibre logged a ticket with them, a technician came out and checked the box saying it was fine it just needed to be activated. Keep in mind I have had this service with Vodacom and Metrofibre for 2 years I was like uhm ok? Anyways called Metrofibre and it took 2 days and nothing was sorted. They said they logged a ticket with maintenance to attend to my query. Calls and whatsapps to metrofibre and this technician who was a contractor was totally rude and useless. Non the less, got so irritated and called in again and THEN spoke to AMBER oh my goodness what a Gem she was, so friendly and super helpful!! Within 15 minutes she contacted a agent and sorted it all out for me, what an amazing lady she was. Amber you are a superstar! By fat the best experience I have had and all thanks to Amber, not Metrofibre, their "technician" or Vodacom. Amber thank you for trying your best and helping me sort my wifi out
Its a pity I even had to give 1 star! If it went into a negative rating that would of been my selection! MTN NEWMARKET MALL has the worst service I ever experienced. The Store Manager will not go the extra mile to help you. My phone was booked in for repairs to which it was not fixed as I was ONE DAY OUT OF WARRANTY. Keeping in mind I was there 2 weeks prior and they were OFFLINE. so whose fault is this? Customer care advised they send a email to the repair centre explaining this so they can fix my phone. The store refuses to help as they say I am out of warranty.

This Lady Monique Moss/Phillipson is a total SCAM artist, I placed my order of R800 in September 2020 and she said it would take 18 working days for delivery, after a month I still hadnt received anything She doesnt not update her customers, I have to do the following up. Said to me my order should arrive soon, which it didn't. December came (Gifts were for christmas) and still nothing arrived, my frustration was at its end. I asked for a refund which she said she will do at the end of January 2021 as that's when her supplier will refund her, up till date (08 February 2021) I have not received my Order or my Refund she just doesnt reply to me! This woman is a scam and unprofessional, she does not know how to run a business and steals from other mothers!
