I really struggle to resolve admin issues with this company. I once overpaid them for gas ordered. This overpayment was due to their online ordering system's error. Waited 3 months and MANY emails to get my money back. Currently I struggle to use my "loyalty" points to purchase gas. Also waited many months to get the correct amount of points (they conveniently just did not allocate points for some orders). Now the loyalty points does not show as credit for purchases, again an error on their part. I wrote many emails to address this. They just does not seem to care. The staff do come back to me on the issue, but its out of their hands. They problem is with management who does not have the will to resolve issues.
