Absolutely disgusting customer service as well as the contents of their products are always stale i contacted customer care to advise them that the sugar cone was stale they took my details down and advised they will keep me updated as the matter is being investigated so much of lies as they asked me to discard the product and an entire month went by no one emailed me when I contacted them again they were talking Absolute nonsense and more lies they still advised the matter is being investigated how are they doing an investigation without any contents or information the consultants are rude as well as they customer service is pathetic we work hard for our every cent and when we buy something no matter how much it is we need to know we getting quality DON'T EVER BUY THEIR PRODUCTS this company deserves 0 stars *******s

To: Honeyfields Chocolate & Cone Factory. Your Ice Cream Baskets are really awful! They look beautiful and I thought I'll treat my family to a nice surprise served with ice cream, but have a chemical taste, almost what I would imagine soap will taste like. Not even my children wanted to eat it.

To: Honeyfields Chocolate & Cone Factory. Your Ice Cream Baskets are really awful! They look beautiful and I thought I'll treat my family to a nice surprise served with ice cream, but have a chemical taste, almost what I would imagine soap will taste like. Not even my children wanted to eat it.

Good day I bought chocolate sauce, caramel sauce and two other dessert sauces from here. I paid for it and after paying i got a mail to pay R48.50 more. So i called to confirm and their CS is terrible. I paid this in and was told next day it will be handed to courier. Next day nothing happened because they didn't have the sauce. They dont respond to mails. After a week i wanted a refund and then i was told the owner got it from another supplier. They sent it eventually but only two days after saying they got it. When this sauce came to me i didn't immediately use it cos my market was closed for holidays. Its expiry is 2027. This sauce taste like cough medicine . Its so horrible that i have no idea how they even sell it. And it says thick sauce. Its like water. When i opened it, the bottle sounded like i was opening sparkling water. The gas noise. I will never buy here again. And they ignore mails. They have a complaints mail but it's there for fancy. They don't acknowledge any complaint. Even the caramel sauce is horrible. Taste nothing like caramel. It will make you throw up. I am now left with this horrible sauces that i cant do anything with and my hard earned money is wasted . I run a flea market stall so i ran such a loss. Its my income that was wasted. That i could have used on my kid. Its sad that as a woman i work 7 days a week to provide for my child and thats not easy. Then you get people like this from Honeyfields who think nothing to sell you such horrid products but advertise it as if its the best.

I purchased a box of chocolate dipped sugarcones and the chocolate (I use the term chocolate loosely because it's anything but chocolate) tasted just like soap. Please do not purchase from this company every run far away they are theives definitely theives they take ir money and refuse to refund you or deliver to you even when u pay deliver please do not use this company you will regret it

I really struggle to resolve admin issues with this company. I once overpaid them for gas ordered. This overpayment was due to their online ordering system's error. Waited 3 months and MANY emails to get my money back. Currently I struggle to use my "loyalty" points to purchase gas. Also waited many months to get the correct amount of points (they conveniently just did not allocate points for some orders). Now the loyalty points does not show as credit for purchases, again an error on their part. I wrote many emails to address this. They just does not seem to care. The staff do come back to me on the issue, but its out of their hands. They problem is with management who does not have the will to resolve issues.

I found a funny looking object inside the dark chocolate slab of Melt Easy chocolate and sent an email on 21 Dec. A gentlemen contacted me the very next day saying their office is closed but that he would gladly replace the chocolate for me. I was thrilled at I needed it for my xmas biscuits. Well he kept me waiting and never pitched with the chocolate. He also started ignoring my calls and messages. On 27th i finally got hold of him on ********** (he is pparently top management), think his name is Ron, and he got extremely sarcastic and unfriendly - said he has the chocolate and would SMS me a time to deliver that suits him. Well again that did not happen! And I am still waiting! This is definately NOT the kind of service any customer would want or deserve. I still have the proof of the item I found in the slab chocolate.
