Good day I bought chocolate sauce, caramel sauce and two other dessert sauces from here. I paid for it and after paying i got a mail to pay R48.50 more. So i called to confirm and their CS is terrible. I paid this in and was told next day it will be handed to courier. Next day nothing happened because they didn't have the sauce. They dont respond to mails. After a week i wanted a refund and then i was told the owner got it from another supplier. They sent it eventually but only two days after saying they got it. When this sauce came to me i didn't immediately use it cos my market was closed for holidays. Its expiry is 2027. This sauce taste like cough medicine . Its so horrible that i have no idea how they even sell it. And it says thick sauce. Its like water. When i opened it, the bottle sounded like i was opening sparkling water. The gas noise. I will never buy here again. And they ignore mails. They have a complaints mail but it's there for fancy. They don't acknowledge any complaint. Even the caramel sauce is horrible. Taste nothing like caramel. It will make you throw up. I am now left with this horrible sauces that i cant do anything with and my hard earned money is wasted . I run a flea market stall so i ran such a loss. Its my income that was wasted. That i could have used on my kid. Its sad that as a woman i work 7 days a week to provide for my child and thats not easy. Then you get people like this from Honeyfields who think nothing to sell you such horrid products but advertise it as if its the best.
Good day, I bought from Pedro's a few times and each time there was an issue. My first purchase excluded the cooldrink. When I complained it was delivered the next day. My other order wasn't delivered to me at all after I paid for it. Next day again after I complained it was then delivered. My other 3 purchases excluded the juice from the kids meal. I can understand a mistake happening once. Not this many times. This is incompetency. Also how does the person pack everything except the juice. Surely there is someone checking the orders and packing so how does this happen unless its happening on purpose. Its also a kids meal so the child gets all disappointed and 3 times. I think the staff at Pedro's in Plumstead need training to be more competent. I would like feedback on this issue. Thanks
I been waiting on a delivery from Durban to Capetown and online it showed delivery 1st Feb by 5pm. I never got the delivery. The online status was not updated. So that meaning your tracking was of no use to me. Then I dealt with two ladies who could tell me nothing much. Just took details and said will mail the distribution center. However I dealt with a third lady named Nosipho Ngqoboka and she could get back to me within 20 min to give me feedback. She was competent and knew its important. The other two ladies could do with some training because the way they dealt told me nothing much and that will have customers go look to use other courier companies
Good day, i purchased 2 clover fresh creams from Spar Heathfield for Christmas to use in my dessert. Both were off and it was not past the expiry date. I called Clover and i mailed them. A lady then took my complaint with all details and said they will send me a voucher to compensate for this. I got this voucher for checkers and at the till it declined. It was a WiCode. This was so embarrassing. Apart from selling a product that was off , i was sent a voucher that declined. Clover has really disappointed me. This is a big brand yet this happened. Caused such embarrassment.
I bought eggs from PNP Ottery branch and this was such old stock that the eggs had maggots. It was the large tray of eggs so when we opened it we used of one side and didnt see anything. We all got sick few hours later and realised we all consumed eggs. When my son then opened up the other side of the eggs he see maggots crawing. It was most disgusting thing to see. I called a doctor to ask what meds we could take as its covid so going in is dangerous and also for 6 of to go to a doctor you need money for the consult and meds. I contacted PNP with Johnathan Ackerman in my mail as well. He apologised and asked for my number to call. I sent through my number. Next day i get a call from a Anwar who then needed details. I sent pictures of this maggots and i sent the till slip. I explained i was going myself to doctor as it affected me most. I am on chronic medication and due to the throwing up and diahorrea it affected my levels of this medication. Its quite comon sense to figure this out. However i couldn't get to the doctor because i needed consult fees and medication money. Being sole supported i couldnt afford it. So i took the medication i had already and wsited it out. After 3 days i started feeling better. Anwar said to send him my doctors bill and he will look at it and decide if he will pay it. I lost income in those days as i work from home doing food. He also said to send him my smart shopper card number to refund me for the eggs with maggots. Thats what we as consumers are worth. A refund. I mailed to say i couldn't get to the doctor and had to wait it out. Not everyone is lucky enough to have money on hand. With covid and losing jobs we are struggling. I then asked what measures was put in place regarding this? And i asked what compensation do they plan to give me as i lost my i income due to this food poisoning. I said i was not after their money but some sort of compensation whether its food items or money need to be considered and given to me. I have kids to support. I lost 4 days of full income. And i never got a response from PNP after i sent this mail. Not even a mail to ask how we are feeling. I have a 7 year old child as well. Its a shame that we support a store like this but in a situation its not even responded to. I have pictures so its disgusting.
