Chocolate tastes like soap. Yukky!!!

I purchased a box of chocolate dipped sugarcones and the chocolate (I use the term chocolate loosely because it's anything but chocolate) tasted just like soap. Abysmal customer service informed me there was nothing she could do without a receipt. Avoid their products at all cost. GROSS GROSS GROSS.
