Terrible experience Dealing with Nicolette Nyoni since December 2025 . Incident occurred in November 2025. They client damaged my property. I still haven't been paid out. Property walls damaged. It's a security risk . They come up with excuses everyday. Don't use them .

Most awful attorney group to ever deal with. Have sent 4 emails, left multiple messages on their land-line and they just never return your calls or emails. This is regarding my 3rd party claim where I was hit of my motorcycle by their client and I have all witnesses, photos etc stating my claim. This already happened on 30 January 2024 and they are still not able to finalize my claim. Really pathetic service. Send emails to Mr ******, Angelique and Luke with no success.

Most awful attorney group to ever deal with. Have sent 4 emails, left multiple messages on their land-line and they just never return your calls or emails. This is regarding my 3rd party claim where I was hit of my motorcycle by their client and I have all witnesses, photos etc stating my claim. This already happened on 30 January 2024 and they are still not able to finalize my claim. Really pathetic service. Send emails to Mr ******, Angelique and Luke with no success.

MAT12833: they received a claim from Lewis furniture store in October and its closer to December now and they haven't done anything to get hold of the guy they need to do the investigation and finish with my claim.. very incompetent no care whatsoever

After their client admitted to 100% his fault. We were bullied with old refrencs of other incidents making us believe we have no chance and then to give us a offer of 70% of the lowest qoutes. Again making us believe payment would be swift after settlement. Due to my damaged Headlight i had to go and buy another one as we have had flooding. And dont want any electrical damage. Afte we have been on Jeanne Duminy case for payment. Also that its end of Nov and panelshops are closing early. And the qoutes 21 days of validation have now expired. I then phoned Vaps insurance and Shi anne had no problem to make payment within 48 hours of which i was glad and accepted it.Then when Jeane heard her client was phoned all of a sudden payment is only in 30 days. So it shows Jeanne is blatantly being spitefull.

I unfortunately had to deal with these people...Do you self a favor and rather stay away, they do NOT have your best interest at hart nor are they objective! I had an discussion with Russel ****** (3rd party claim) around a registration document for my vehicle, I provided them proof of my Insurance podium, License disc renewal, FICA and Purchase notice where I brought the car and he says no...This is the way it use to work in 1960 and this is the way it will be applied... that is how it will be applied, no interpretation or discussion, case closed!

I unfortunately had to deal with these people...Do you self a favor and rather stay away, they do NOT have your best interest at hart nor are they objective! Our landlord barred entry to our flat due to an overdue payment. While we had communicated that we would be catching up through March, and had fallen behind as a result of a loss of income, they did not care or understand. According to the Unfair Practices Regulations: \A landlord must not lock-out or cause a tenant to be locked out without an order of court
