Waiting for property transfer since November 2025. Cash deal, but taking forever .
Terrible experience Dealing with Nicolette Nyoni since December 2025 . Incident occurred in November 2025. They client damaged my property. I still haven't been paid out. Property walls damaged. It's a security risk . They come up with excuses everyday. Don't use them .
Stay away⛔❌ They client damaged my property walls and gates in November 2025. The truck came into my yard damage my water Meter, gates , and walls . I called them and Nicolette from ****** attorneys asked me to fill a whole lot of forms .I submitted everything in December 2025 . She advised me payment will be done in 30 working days. So I waited patiently. We are now in March 2026 . Still no payment which is unacceptable. I spoke to Kabera from compendium insurance many times. Always tell me she's waiting for feedback and will advise if payment was done. Do not use them as you can see the run around and poor service they offer.
A client of miway damaged my vehicle in June 2025 its now the 7th of July I've been driving with a damaged vehicle for over a month they are taking forever to repair the damages.I'm getting impatient and since its over a month its just fair i take legal action against their client because my vehicle was stationary when he damaged it. I will also refer this to the ombudsman because i don't see the reason for the delay because they client damaged my vehicle. My car was parked off . The staff from the liability department are rude and useless. Whenever I call they tell me the claim is still under review and they have received my documents. I have sent all the reports they requested on the second day. I was insured with miway a few years ago. However I cancelled the policy for the same reason. The claim I submitted was rejected. They good for taking money but fail to pay out when needed. My advice is to stay away from miway insurance,to avoid what I'm going through with this company.

I was covered with miway insurance some time back but I cancelled, for the same reason,They are known for taking money every month and not paying out claims when needed ,They find excuses to not pay . Do not use miway insurance. Please stay away .
