Hoover Upright Vacuum belt drama

Bought a Hoover upright vacuum end of 2024, a few weeks later the belt snapped. Since then I have tried to get a replacement but told by Hoover to contact HOLB for a spare, but they don't have stock and after months of trying they have stopped responding.

How can this be resolved????
