BROKEN QUAD BIKES, POOR SERVICE, DIRTY VENUE

I have never ever in my life so a place so dirty with poor service. We went for Quad bike trail of 60 minutes with a lunch for 2 valued at R1200.00! We came there, poop everywhere. Fly's on the food at 9:30 in the morning (food was for lunch). We were told we will have PAP and Chicken for Sunday lunch! No steak, wors, salad or chips as we ordered 3 days before. The coffee mugs were covered under the dust. The place didn't see soap and water for years, if ever! The bikes were dirty, broken and couldn't even start. The boy that was suppose to be our tourgide was walking around and driving around on another bike. Didn't care about us waiting. He even told us he just work there. We waiting 20 minutes on the dirty bikes and then left. Up to now no one has phoned or get hold of us. Valued R1200.00 that's bull shit! I wouldn't even paid R100.00 for that nonsense. We drove so far for nothing. My poor 4 year old was in tears. Unprofessionaly, un healty, un human, poor service. Stay away!!!
