No effort from Tsogo Sun or Gold Reef City to acknowledge complaints from visitors.

As a key shareholder of the Tsogo Sun Group, I would think that there must certainly be a division following the reviews and complaints of this group.

Social media is today's go-to platform, everyone reads reviews before visiting any place. In the last 2 months 51 bad reviews for the Gold Reef City theme park, not one reply from them or Tsogo Sun.

Does this mean that they don't care about their visitors, it sure looks that way.
