As a key shareholder of the Tsogo Sun Group, I would think that there must certainly be a division following the reviews and complaints of this group. Social media is today's go-to platform, everyone reads reviews before visiting any place. In the last 2 months 51 bad reviews for the Gold Reef City theme park, not one reply from them or Tsogo Sun. Does this mean that they don't care about their visitors, it sure looks that way.
Drove 300km for a 7th birthday, the place is so overcrowded for the amount of rides available, 50% of the rides is under construction which they don't state anywhere online. Driving back home again and explaining to a crying child why he couldn't go one ride for 5hours we spent there. Allowing that many people to make many is pathetic.

Both my takeways was incorrect, I ordered Prawn and I got dry and chewy calamari rings. I paid the price for prawns which is more expensive than the calamari. My sandwich was totally wrong aswell. The waiter didn't know what side came with my dessert and I got exactly what i didn't want after she said it doesn't come with Ice-cream.
Waiting so long for activation and FICA approval, keep promising they will get back to me with feedback. So disappointed.
I'm so utterly disappointed in the way Secunda Cash Crusaders treated me as a woman. I bought a popcorn machine form them, it was tested on the day I bought it but not with the ingredients (oil & popcorn) the urn was heating up but not as suppose to for the kernels to pop. I had a function with over 3000 kids and I lost alot of money because of the machine, I have 12 other exact same machines at my other Tuckshops. I was treated with disrespect, racism and was talked about in another language to fellow colleagues. I had to go back to my vehicle to carry the machine aswell. I was not offered a exchange/refund or repair. After a long discussion, trying to explain the fault, I left without anything.
This is the second time i buy wacky wednesdays and the chicken is so raw you cant eat it. Our whole office bought and everyone wanted to vomit. The chicken smells so bad. Very dissapointed, i will never buy Steers again.
I bought a brand new doughnut machine for R19 000 after returning it for the 3rd time because it's not working, it's been 4 months and i still don't have it back. I saved all my money and then they treat you very badly.
