Bad service and staff that dont know how to do their work correctly

Bad services received. All paper work was completed and submitted six weeks ago and yet by dependent has not yet added. Every week its calls after calls and yey no one seems to be able to do their work correctly. Rather choose another medical aid as this medical aid and its staff working there are clearly incompenent.
