Host Agents - Booking disaster

A group of my friends booked a facility by Host Agents for a weekend, the service was appalling. From ridiculous booking requirements (Host Agents demanded all our ID numbers, pictures of our IDs apparently not enough - ID theft tendencies if you ask me), to threatening us with an outrageous list of rules and cancellation at last minute with no refund, literally the place we booked felt uncomfortable. We even were denied access to the restaurant/pool area because the apartment manager lost the access card. The stay was just horrific and took all the holiday Spirit out of our weekend.
