A Nigerian friend of mine recently used one of their rentals, they first claimed his documents were forged, but took his money and forced him to pay for a cleaner, they left him with dirty rusty pots to use , dirty carpets and peeling kitchen counter tops , because he is new in the country and was desperate for a place he took the rental and paid a full deposit of R14000, he was recently told he must move because it's peak season, then he requested his deposit back and they are now telling him that he must pay for those same damaged stuff himself further demanding R1700 because they bought pots of R5000, cleaned the same carpet for R3000, only because they believe he is from Nigerian and does know the laws of this country. We asked them to provide us with the checklist when they were onboarding him, but they are failing to do so yet they have a checklist if damaged properties and decided to send their lawyer to threaten us
