Hot Dot online shopping is a scam

My boyfriend ordered a bag and wallet for me for my birthday on online shop called Hot Dot... it's been three weeks now and still the product has not arrived.. my birthday has even passed. Everything was paid for and prove of payment was sent through.. but now they do not respond to our emails, Watsapp, Facebook msgs or even answer calls. Hot Dot is scaring people having people pretend like they received their orders on the page. They blocked me on their social media because I was co.plain and asking for my order or delivery back and when I asked my friends to help complain as i was blocked they got blocked too. Do not buy from Hot Dot.
