I had a terrible experience with Hot Tools. They were extremely dishonest, constantly asking for deposits, and even restricting my account, which had over R195,000. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but they were unhelpful and refused to resolve the issue. Thankfully, I got in touch with Mrs. Faina, who took my case seriously. She helped restore my account, and I was able to withdraw everything. I’m now completely done with Hot Tools and would advise others to stay away from them. Scam/terrible service
I purchased 2 weaves and opted for them to make it into a wig which is meant as a gift for a freind. I made the purchase online and all was successful with proof of payment and order confirmation sent to me via email, facebook, and text. Called the landline number to track the order, no answer. Tried the watsapp line, admin has been online but messages have not been read. Tried calling the watsapp line and there is no answer. Searched for reviews on google and their facebook page and saw that a few have had the same issue, after payment there is no contact from the company. Please be aware this company has 0 customer service and probably is a scam.

Hot Dot online shopping is a scam
My boyfriend ordered a bag and wallet for me for my birthday on online shop called Hot Dot... it's been three weeks now and still the product has not arrived.. my birthday has even passed. Everything was paid for and prove of payment was sent through.. but now they do not respond to our emails, Watsapp, Facebook msgs or even answer calls. Hot Dot is scaring people having people pretend like they received their orders on the page. They blocked me on their social media because I was co.plain and asking for my order or delivery back and when I asked my friends to help complain as i was blocked they got blocked too. Do not buy from Hot Dot.
