Scam/terrible service

I purchased 2 weaves and opted for them to make it into a wig which is meant as a gift for a freind.

I made the purchase online and all was successful with proof of payment and order confirmation sent to me via email, facebook, and text.

Called the landline number to track the order, no answer. Tried the watsapp line, admin has been online but messages have not been read. Tried calling the watsapp line and there is no answer.

Searched for reviews on google and their facebook page and saw that a few have had the same issue, after payment there is no contact from the company.

Please be aware this company has 0 customer service and probably is a scam.
