I had a terrible experience with Hot Tools. They were extremely dishonest, constantly asking for deposits, and even restricting my account, which had over R195,000. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but they were unhelpful and refused to resolve the issue. Thankfully, I got in touch with Mrs. Faina, who took my case seriously. She helped restore my account, and I was able to withdraw everything. I’m now completely done with Hot Tools and would advise others to stay away from them. Excellent Service
Excellent service received from Carl Bennet at Hot Tools. He verified the availability of an item (the last one in their store) within a few minutes and promptly gave me the appropriate feedback. The delivery was time sensitive and Carl also followed up to ensure the package was received in time. Great service and based on my experience would recommend this business to anyone.

I must compliment Hot Tools and Darryl Kinnear... they offer superlative and attentive service. My email inquiry was followed promptly by a telephone call to check my requirements and a swift email thereafter. You just don't see service like this anymore! Well done guys. Great place to buy specialist tools
