I urgently needed a pair of underarm crutches as I had broken my ankle severely, had had surgery, and couldn't get around on the elbow crutches. After searching several sites, Medi Supplies promised delivery by Monday, so I placed the order with them. The crutch never arrived, nor did any email or phone call. Turns out they don't even have stock!!!! Obviously they had no intention of delivering by Monday and just wanted the sale. The Manager is never available when I call and hasn't called me back after two phone calls. Nor has she replied to my emails. I am now at the point in my recovery where I won't need crutches after this weekend (it's Thursday now), and this Manager keeps ignoring my requests for a refund. In my opinion....Don't ever order from here!! Horrible, horrible service!! NO service actually!
This is the WORST delivery I have ever received in my life!! The delivery guy parked in the middle of the road so that my neighbours had to mount a pavement to pass him. HE DID NOT WEAR A MASK!!!! And was snivelling whilst talking to me with zero social distancing. He had no manners and didn’t even greet me. And the package was severely squashed and had been opened. I wish I could attach pictures here. You need to fire this courier company! I will never order from you again!!!!
Firstly, it's easier to sell a house than it is to sign up for this facility. They require more documentation than opening a bank account. The process in untenable. Then it took them two full months to send me my code! Once I have my code they now want even more information and official documentation! What an absolute waste of my time. I will not be using their service now, or at any stage in the future in any of my businesses!
I have applied online twice for a prepaid Credit Card for my business and they don't get back to you within two days as promised. The one lady that eventually called me, told me she couldn't help me and hung up. I really expected better from you FNB! Is somebody going to call me so that I can arrange for this card????
Never buy from this company. They will spam you constantly with marketing emails and will ignore your requests to be unsubscribed!
I sustained several spider bites from a very venomous spider and was in terrible pain with big wounds on my stomach. I went to the Netcare Waterfall Hospital emergency section. Firstly, I must mention that the admittance staff and nurses were excellent. The doctor, however, told me that she should be admitting me, but was not going to. This I completely understood given the COVID-19 situation and agreed to go home. She prescribed an antibiotic and told me to come back in 3 days if I wasn’t better. She did not mention that the wounds would need to be lanced to release the poison, nor did she mention that the wounds would need to be dressed after this. Her antibiotic did nothing to help me and I continued to be in terrible pain. I subsequently went to my GP who prescribed an antibiotic which very quickly relieved the pain, and she lanced the wounds, prescribed a powerful topical ointment, and gave me guidance in dressing the wounds. I feel that I should not have to pay the bill at this hospital as the doctor’s advice and care was sub-standard, but the hospital has chosen to ignore my requests for this. I will never return here again.
I made a purchase at the beginning of April. Some items were not available and Zulzi owe me over R1,500 in refunds! It has been A MONTH and they haven't refunded my money. They don't answer their phones and don't reply to emails. These guys have stolen my money!!!
Hi FNB. I am a business account holder and have been trying fruitlessly to add a petrol card (one vehicle) to my account. I have phoned several times and am given a new number to phone, who then give me another number to phone etc etc etc. Does nobody at FNB know how to open a Business Petrol Card? Please phone me so that we can make this happen. Thank you
Ample Hosting, what is going on? I have been asking for help with bounced emails all week. My emails to support (and even Customer Care) are going unanswered and nobody is helping me. If I do the online help, I get different settings from different people and none of them work. why do you keep changing servers??? It is a mess every time you do it. Please sort this out!! I am one step closer to the door with my four or five domains and those of my friends which probably also equal around five. We can't run our businesses with zero support
Wow. Biggest spammer on the net. Do they really think they are going to garner fans or business by spamming people? Ridiculous. They are certainly not business people. Just irritating creeps
