Poor hygiene & services

This hotel has advertised itself on Daddys Deals with deceiving pictures of their rooms and facilities. The hotel is run down and leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Toiletries are not up to standard. We were given towels which looked like rags and were torn. The bedding was terrible as the sheets dont fit the bed.. there were yellow stained pillow cases. The room smelt of cigarettes and was stuffy. Aircon was dripping. The hotel carpets are disgustingly filthy and the shower in the room was not even cleaned properly. The toilet paper provided is a cheap no name brand and is terrible. Nothing about this hotel is good. They offer this rate because they are obviously very empty and trying to attract people for business. If you pay R200 a night to stay there its way too much ! These owners need to shut the place down.
