I've been really disappointed with the WiFi situation at this hotel. For the past two days, I've tried to get it resolved, but the process has been incredibly frustrating. There are no phones in the rooms, so you're forced to use the hotel app—which frequently glitches due to the very WiFi issues you're trying to report. For a business hotel, this is unacceptable. Reliable internet is the bare minimum, especially for guests who need to work. This experience has made my stay unnecessarily stressful.
