Very Very bad service QandF Recycling applied for a line in Nov, the technician arrived 1 Dec looked around and stated that the cable is faulty. He left and that was the last. After may calls to call center still no line and every time you phoned they escalate to cable department. We sure that this department is non existing. Really sad for a business to wait 3 month already loosing money and clients due to no phone line. Telkom now sit with the required deposit we are a new business and they requested a deposit, pulling interest on our money but still no communication on when the problem will be fixed or even attendant to. Really what is happening to Telkom.......
