House Cleaning EXPERTS.......mxm..., they should not be running a cleaning service
The above is a Home cleaning service that was recommended on Bark.
Received an initial quote which was increased twice before the lady was dropped at my house.
It went up from 250 to 385 for a standard cleaning between 7am and 15:00pm on Friday.
The lady who whatsapped all this to me then stated that due to rain she would be 30 minutes late. (it was not raining on that morning or that day and can be verified with the weather services)
She was dropped at 9am and was observed by my partner as to not being able to use a washing machine and proceeded to hang up unrinsed laundry in my foyer drenching it with the smell of unrinsed clothes and dirty water. She took pictures of my house and sent them to her company having only cleaned the kitchen and the dirty washing unrinsed and wet in my bath, washing machine and spin dryer. my only one bedroom swepted and my house mopped without being swept. I spent my weekend redoing the cleaning and laundry. Once I complained the lady told me that her EXPERT said that this is deep cleaning job, but as per their contract she did not even do a standard cleaning. After they saw that I would not back down and would be reporting them, they lied and said the lady was fired and would be sending someone to clean and I would not have to pay again if it was not to my satifisaction. I refused as their service was bad from beginning to end. I ask them to stop messaging me and was told that I am impolite. Do not use these so call EXPERTS. Their service is beyond disgusting.

04 Dec 2020, 07:07Okay then. Now they contacting me for payment. As per the comment above they state I said i paid. Please read it and tell me if I said they that they said I would not have to "pay again if i was not happy with the new lady"(their words not mine). This I refused as i did not want them on my property. They are not using this sentence to harrass me for payment when there was no services rendered to warrant a payment. I literally cleaned my own house and had to redo my own laundry. I am highly annoyed. I am seeking further help in dealing with this company. its not okay.
