First I bought a airpump mattress the box came and was clearly opened and resealed and the pump was missing. Take alot too it and never came back or refunded my R1400. Just silence
I made a purchase and uber eats toom my money and the order disappeared. I ordered again and they took my money. Now I used their app to get a refund and I keep getting the same response. To keep sending them my banking details and I keep sending it then a new online person asks me again. And again. I just want my money.
I booked a bus trip and selected the cancelation with full refund option which i paid for. My doctor informed me that I cannot take a bus with my health issues so I canceled and got a cancelation response but no refund. They want to give me credit?????? I send them numerous emails ad this company does not have an address or phone number to give me a cash refund into my account as this was the original payment method. They hove a link to enable a refund but the link sends you to page after page with no joy. They want you to give up. I want my money
I am not happy I have been keeping with my payments for my son's online school after falling behind and they keep locking hom put of class and ding answer my calls queries and emails. I have to keep him in online due to Health reasons but they are making me pay for terms where he is locked out. I need help
Purchased the playstation plus membership in August 2020 and paid R750 for the year. The phone and email address used was damaged and the number belonged to my boyfriend so we could not get the credentials to change the account to my details. I am not unable to access my account and there is no way to contact or gain assistance from them. Numbers do not exist or is always not available. I have sent countless emails but no responses. Yet they are always sending me marketing info Either they need to refund me the balance of the money for the the past three months and the rest of the months that I paid for but cant use. OR help me get the account activated again.
The above is a Home cleaning service that was recommended on Bark. Received an initial quote which was increased twice before the lady was dropped at my house. It went up from 250 to 385 for a standard cleaning between 7am and 15:00pm on Friday. The lady who whatsapped all this to me then stated that due to rain she would be 30 minutes late. (it was not raining on that morning or that day and can be verified with the weather services) She was dropped at 9am and was observed by my partner as to not being able to use a washing machine and proceeded to hang up unrinsed laundry in my foyer drenching it with the smell of unrinsed clothes and dirty water. She took pictures of my house and sent them to her company having only cleaned the kitchen and the dirty washing unrinsed and wet in my bath, washing machine and spin dryer. my only one bedroom swepted and my house mopped without being swept. I spent my weekend redoing the cleaning and laundry. Once I complained the lady told me that her EXPERT said that this is deep cleaning job, but as per their contract she did not even do a standard cleaning. After they saw that I would not back down and would be reporting them, they lied and said the lady was fired and would be sending someone to clean and I would not have to pay again if it was not to my satifisaction. I refused as their service was bad from beginning to end. I ask them to stop messaging me and was told that I am impolite. Do not use these so call EXPERTS. Their service is beyond disgusting.
