The owner, Leon Swart, stole my money and broke every promise he made. I have received no product from him and have been waiting 9+ months for the refund. My calls and messages are being completely ignored. He lies at every turn, and shame on me for having faith that he would do what he says. 10 Months ago, I ordered a wall-mounted squat rack for R3300 and paid an invoice that stated it would take 7-14 business days to be completed. After more than a month of back-and-forth trying to get my product, I heard all the excuses, and it was still not done. I asked for progress pictures of my order, and then I saw that he had started making the wrong model/SKU/variant of the squat rack. It did not match the listing and was missing components. I then had to highlight on his pictures to show that it was not what I ordered. When he finally agreed, he said he had to redo the whole order. Not willing to wait another month (or probably more, based on the track record), I asked to cancel the order and to get my money back. He then changed his tune and said it was a quick fix to rectify my order. I didn't know what to believe anymore and questioned the quality of whatever I would eventually receive. Therefore, I just asked to cancel the order and give me a refund. After more back and forth, he eventually agreed to the refund but asked for some time to finish and try to sell that unit, and then give me my money back. I compromised and agreed to give him some time. (He then later admitted to selling that unit shortly afterwards and using the money himself instead of paying me back) I have now been waiting 9+ months for that refund. I use to ask 2 or 3 times over multiple days to get a response. Then, back when I were still lucky enough to get a response, it was an excuse to ask for more time or an empty promise. Many times I have been promised and even "guaranteed" that "next week" payments were coming in, and then I would get my money back. Then, when "next week" comes around, there is no communication and no refund. When I ask if the payment has been made, he ignores me. Eventually, after following up multiple times, I will get a new vague excuse asking for more time and no acknowledgement of his previous promise. Rinse and repeat this process for 8 months. At the time of writing this review, he has completely ignored my calls and messages for the last 2 months. The last message I received was just another promise that he wouldn't "drop me" and that he would make a plan.

After paying this company in full for an order and the order taking over 9 weeks with every excuse for the delay, what was delivered and what was ordered where completely different. After phoning Leon and discussing this with him , I was told he would reimburse me for the works that had not been done. This amounted to R1400 reimbur*****t. 3 Months later and after many emails and telephone call along with every excuse imaginable, I am still waiting. Do not do business with this bunch of crooks and liars, you will only get your fingers burnt. This matter has now been handed over to my lawyers. People like this need to learn the hard way

<p>Paid for stools ordered during February 2017 and l still have not received my stools. E-mail after e-mail (mostly from me) and excuses after excuses! To top it all, Leon Swart said two weeks ago that my stools would be couriered within the next week! I have my doubts if this company is really as legit as they say they are. Its only 2 stools. One would think that a company like them would not have trouble making them. What a shame! I've thus lost almost R3 000. Think twice before ordering from them.</p>
