Bad service House of curries

I went out for dinner at house of curries on sat night 10-03-2018, I was served this white gentleman. I ordered a beer and a cider plus samooses as starters. The samoos took forever to get to the table so as soon as they got to the table I ordered 2 salads. I asked the gent to ensure they is olive and feta in the chicken salads. He came back and said there wont be olives they are finished. I said add avo instead he doesn't come back wit the reply then the evening continues. 30 mins later we order margarita ****tail but when we get them they are 3/4 glass full. Then I tell him to please ask the barman to top them up but he takes offence saying this is how they make them then I ask him to either call the bar man or the manager my complaint is with them not him. I told him perhaps the barman didn't make the drink full fearing it might spill when he brings them as the bar was far. Then he says I think he is stupid he cant carry drinks. I noticed he's on something then I said please can we have another waiter. Bar man comes then tops the drinks, he blames the ice that's why the drinks were not full. Anyway I tell the new waiter it has been about 30 minutes and the salad order form the previous waiter has not come. We call the old waiter back to ask him what happened to the salad and he says we never ordered it. Call the manager indian chap was a waiter at s***a dora, he defends the white waiter, saying he's sober and there was a misunderstanding he thought we did not want the salad. I was not the first time the manager defend the waiter 2 yrs back we were served by a drunk waiter there she was ther on Sat an old female white. She served us tequila that was dashed with water.
