Disrespect and lack of professionalism

I have never in my life experienced such disgusting and appalling service from any store. The level of disrespect and disregard was unbelievable and totally unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to associate themselves with such a brand that doesn’t value their clients and Knows nothing about customer service. I just want my refund and I want absolutely nothing to do with House of Deeluxe. You are Pathetic!!!!
