Biggest ****mer. Do not order
I ordered 3 blazers and 2 dresses for my baby from this rude , ill begotten sorry excuse of a woman. The delivery was supposed to be on 25th of June and no goods were delivered. Only after I asked her about them did she tell me a story about how some goods are stuck in customs and if I don’t mind waiting she is planning on going to China herself otherwise she would issue a refund. I’ve now been chasing her to issue my refund without winning. On both times she’s said she would issue a refund she did not do so instead became rude and my messages are no longer going through. To my surprise she told me she had problems with customs however she was still uploading clothes for people to order.

She’s a *****, don’t waste your money.
I bought 4 items of clothing on their Black Friday sale in November 2022, and to day July 2023 have yet to receive my goods. I’ve asked for a refund and was promised in several occasions. Just as the due date approaches, she comes up with a sorry story and no refund is processed! She’s now blocked me on WhatsApp. Don’t buy from this *****!

Disrespect and lack of professionalism
I have never in my life experienced such disgusting and appalling service from any store. The level of disrespect and disregard was unbelievable and totally unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to associate themselves with such a brand that doesn’t value their clients and Knows nothing about customer service. I just want my refund and I want absolutely nothing to do with House of Deeluxe. You are Pathetic!!!!

No delivery of items ordered and paid for.
They don't deliver. They don't update or communicate unless you approach. 2 months now, there's no fulfillment on the paid order placed.

House of deluxe a True **** Do not order!!!!
Is there a way to locate this store??? I mean really!!! At first I bought 4 items which I got! I was so sure that I Will support ! Until now…. 😤😤😤😤their amazing customer service dropped from 80% to 0%! It’s been 7 months since I ordered till today I haven’t received the rest of my order! No one follows up, if you do they assure you that they will. Very upsetting!!!! I conquer with the other customer complaints! I am so unhappy right now! I have been asking for a refund for the past 4 months till today no luck! The worst they respond to say month end and the date but come that day nothing reflecting in my account from house of deluxe! A true ****!!! Is there a way to take this matter to a police station? Yo this can’t be right! The owner is so rude and doesn’t communicate. I need to check all the time!!!

Please be aware of this Online Store. I ordered and they failed to deliver. They are supposed to refund and still nothing. It’s been 3 months. The lady is unprofessional and rude. They do not communicate, the only I get communication from them is when I send a text and when she responds. The responses are vague and unprofessional. Please be aware of this scan and stay away.

Please be aware of this Online Store. I ordered and they failed to deliver. They are supposed to refund and still nothing. It’s been 3 months. The lady is unprofessional and rude. They do not communicate, the only I get communication from them is when I send a text and when she responds. The responses are vague and unprofessional. Please be aware of this scan and stay away.

House of Deeluxe is an online Instagram boutique run by a lady named Deirdre Museruka. I ordered some clothing items online and she refuses to refund me the amount paid after she failed to deliver the clothing items on several occasions. Her customer service is atrocious and she is utterly rude. Beware of her various businesses and account aliases. I would not recommend supporting her business as she outright scams and defrauds her customers and is not ashamed of her actions.
