Is there a way to locate this store??? I mean really!!! At first I bought 4 items which I got! I was so sure that I Will support ! Until now…. 😤😤😤😤their amazing customer service dropped from 80% to 0%! It’s been 7 months since I ordered till today I haven’t received the rest of my order! No one follows up, if you do they assure you that they will. Very upsetting!!!! I conquer with the other customer complaints! I am so unhappy right now! I have been asking for a refund for the past 4 months till today no luck! The worst they respond to say month end and the date but come that day nothing reflecting in my account from house of deluxe! A true ****!!! Is there a way to take this matter to a police station? Yo this can’t be right! The owner is so rude and doesn’t communicate. I need to check all the time!!!
Good Day I would like to complain about Sanlam stealing a non customer’s money. A debit order went through my account. I am so angry because I don’t have a policy or account with Sanlam at all! How did this happen??? I called my bank only to find out that the amount can’t be reversed even worse! Please can a supervisor or Manager call be back on my number 0815158749 urgently. I tried calling your 021 916 5000 held on for hour no luck! Please can you remove this debit order please!!!! 😤😤😤😤
My request is that I urgently need a paid u letter from credit card department. My account number on that credit card was :4565466220888020. They then checked , but unfortunately it’s no longer part of the archives. Then Kedibone who assisted me so well asked I get a credit report for you to see that the account I has been closed. I then got trans union to send me a report and email it to Cardobs which is another one if your departments. My issue is that this is only email communication. Wanted to speak to a agent who could assist to speed this up. I am really not getting any joy in this! I then called in Card again still no luck.I am not happy with the Delayed response from The credit card department. I requested a paid up letter from Absa Credit card department till today there’s no luck! I urgently need assistance as I am awaiting a job offer. I have requested a available Team Leader to handle this matter till today no luck. Can I have this matter handle today please!
I have been calling TransUnion for assistance, hoping I will get right. Since the 9th December 2022 till today I haven't received help. My issue is I need my credit report ASAP. I need to respond to a job offer. Basically I am on a line to loose this opportunity because no one can assist me there. I have calling from the 9 -12 12th still no luck. I just need 2 things: my previous number to be changed to my current number. I have received a link to add my I'd & proof of address which I have done so but still no luck. My concern is staff keep telling they don't know why the system declines my request. This is not good at all!!!! Why are they there?? How can staff tell me that they can't help? The worst yesterday around 16:12 pm I called in to speak to a Available Team Leader. I was put on hold asked why and how can they help rather a Team leader. I then we explained to the agent that I need my credit report. Please Please. My airtime hot cut off they don't bother coming back to you. This is not on. :-( Bad Bad Bad service.
