House of Demo does not honour their guarantee policy

I purchased three items from House of Demo for just under R30,000 3 months ago. One of the items developed issues right away, and despite the store offering a 6-month guarantee, they have failed to honour it. After numerous phone calls and WhatsApp messages, House of Demo has gone completely silent. Think twice!
