They are selling broken fridges. I bought a Fridge April 2025 and in less than a week it was broken. They replaced it with another one after they gave us an attitude as we had to fight for it. The one they gave us broke around November 2025, yip and their warranty is only 6 months. This means we were stuck with a broken Fridge. When this was checked it had a serious lickage. This is not fair for us customers as we go to them buying demo items expecting them to work. We are not buying s****s that would cost us an arm and a leg to fix. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from them, total waste of money.

I bought a fridge on 31 May 2025,when I opened it it had deep dents,I told the store about it the monday, they refused to change it as they claim I used it,they did not disclose the dents to me,after I complained at the consumer goods council, they attempted to change the door which proofed to be unsuccessful, they gave me a loan fridge in July I think towards the end,I am still sitting with their loan fridge they don't want to exchange the fridge for me and want to charge me handling fees of 15% after I reported the matter a day after getting the fridge, imagine what happened to 6 months warranty?

Only had the washing machine for a month and it is already Making banging noise and squealing noise. when i received the machine it had drops of water. I have to organise and pay for the transport to & from the warehouse(more costs)whereas the machine is manufacture defect and still in warranty.

I have a good experience with House of demo. I started buying smart tv’s from them since 2020 and reselling them to friends and family, prices are good and their warranty is top notch. If one of their products are multinationals .. their warranty process gets it sorted for you. Thanks House of Demo

I bought a couple of appliances from them last year June, the microwave had to be replaced and then fixed, within the 6month warranty. The issue is persistent now ans it was repaired again at a cost to me now barely a month after the repair it is broken again with the same issue. I am told I must buy another one they will not fix it or replace it. Pathetic if you ask me as the issue started before the end of the warranty. They are ready to take our money even on faulty units. I told them that I am not accepting their resolve and I am taking it further
