I have an account with Payflex and they were deducting every 2 weeks,the last payment did not go through,I queried it and they told that they need authorization to deduct the money, I asked them how they deducted the previous amounts,I tried making a payment manually,it did not go through, they take time to assist and assist adequately at that,now my account is handed over,I asked them why as I have been communicating with Payflex(Nomsa Sithole),she did not resolve my issue even after I sent screenshot to her.
I bought a fridge on 31 May 2025,when I opened it it had deep dents,I told the store about it the monday,they refused to change it as they claim I used it,they did not disclose the dents to me,after I complained at the consumer goods council,they attempted to change the door which proofed to be unsuccessful,they gave me a loan fridge in July I think towards the end,I am still sitting with their loan fridge they don't want to exchange the fridge for me and want to charge me handling fees of 15% after I reported the matter a day after getting the fridge,imagine what happened to 6 months warranty?
Absa deducted R6000.00 and R1395 double from my account,this happened on the 2 May 2025,I went to the bank,they told me to go to the merchant to get a letter confirming that I did not do duplicate transactions,the times are the same of the duplicate transactions,the merchant at 1 place confirmed that I did only 1 transaction,the other merchant went quiet,I sent an email to the bank asking them to reverse the monies,I am not getting any response from the bank,the complaints department will only come back to me after 1st week June 2025.
I bought perfumes from them,upon delivery we found out the perfumes are not original,I sent jjhuthem an email and they said they would arrange collection of the perfumes and refund me,I have been following up the whole week and they are ignoring all my emails,imagine after they wrote on theor website that the perfumes are original,,such places must be closed for selling counterfeit items.
I ordered stuff yesterday that were on the R15.00 sale,I paid for them ,but when my delivery came ,the stock was not there, when I called you enquire,i was told that they are oos,how do you become oos when I already paid for the stock so I ended up paying R35.00 delivery for 2 items,this is not correct your system should pick up the amounts of orders you have stock for,I placed 3 orders and did not get the one order at all and liqui fruit and maize meal on the other 2,that's pathetic,Kerry promised to call me back and check why the other order is canceled,she did not come back to me,I mean I was just refunded in my zulzi wallet and that's it,it can't be correct. 72wzw8 72xx68 72wzxs
Nedbank is a bad bank,I have app**** to request a refund on my homeloan on 19 Sep 2024,they have not refunded me and when I call,I am not getting any help
Nedbank home loan department needs to give me a refund,it was supposed to be processed within 3 working days,from 19 sep,I haven't received my refund and am not getting any feedback,they just lie and promise to call me back which has never happened.
I have been struggling for almost 3 weeks to get hold of someone at Activate by ABSA,when i do they tell me that they have logged a call with Glasfit to come and check my tracker,no one from glasfit has called me,I have no luck getting through to ABSA
So I went to Lewis Kempton Park since Tembisa was not helpful, they promised me delivery on Thursday on my bed,fridge and microwave,this didn't happen,yesterday I waited till 13:00 ,still no delivery so I went to the store which is about 950m from my place ,I waited till 18:00 for the drivers to come back and then we had. Ameeting since I was there for most of my day since I couldn't trust them to deliver. After the meeting the store manager said they must tell.me what time they going to deliver the fridge,I asked where is the fridge since no one told me the fridge is not available, then I am told the microwave is not in a box and once again I was not told,overall Lewis employees don't understand customer service,I was at the store for almost 5 years ,no one offered me coffee or showed remorse,Thursday we had to book a hotel since the dead didn't arrive.Lewis must invest in teaching their staff and drivers about customer service.
We opened an account with Lewis last week, they have been sending us from.post to pillar with no feedback
