Terrible communication and no delivery

I ordered a set of cufflinks for my brother's wedding from Kallie in November, after both emailing and Instagram messaging. When I eventually got the design sorted out, I paid the R650 and waited to hear when they would be ready. Responses to emails were delayed, and then later on non-existent. Eventually the only way I got a reply was through Instagram messages. Originally the time frame for production was two weeks. Once I'd sent the delivery address, I was promised that the cufflinks would be delivered soon, then after hearing and receiving nothing, I enquired again and was told there was a delay with the engraving due to the engraver being sick, but I was promised that they would be delivered before Christmas. To date I have received no cufflinks, no replies to emails, no replies to Instagram messages or Whatsapps. It seems that House of Kallie's Instagram has been deleted and the website and Facebook does not exist anymore.

The lack of communication and the empty promises have been incredibly frustrating and I am starting to feel as though I have been scammed out of my money. I truly do not understand how a brand that is this well-known can conduct business in this way, and am SO disappointed!
