I have never experienced such poor and unprofessional service in a property transaction. Despite repeated follow-ups on my part, the R100,000 held back for repairs (as instructed on 27 May 2025) has still not been addressed, even after registration.
On 17 June, I was assured that Nico was following up with Jordaan Attorneys to reach an agreement, but I am still waiting for feedback. The final registration documents were only signed on 3 July due to the attorneys’ incompetence, and at no point did Howell Properties or its principal, Nico, step in to protect my interests.
This lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable. I have referred the matter to the PPRA and will continue to pursue resolution.
