Worst Service Ever

I ordered some items from HP online. For some unfathomable reason HP online uses DawnWing/DPD Laser??? I keep getting sms messages:" Your package is out for delivery" only to get another sms message " Your package could not be delivered" - laughable to say the least.

Then they state that the tried to deliver but the company was closed. Funny thing is that my offices (and those of my wife) is at home. Therefore there ALWAYS someone on the premises. I called DPDLaser and asked that the driver give me a call should they get lost - to date nothing, no call. DawnWing/DPDLaser, stop lying to the customer. If you are incapable of doing the job send my package back to HP online. I'll get my own courier service to collect it from them. NS. HPOnline get yourselves another courier service
