I have received the worst of Service from Makro online, I ordered on the 13th Jan but up and until today the 3rd of Feb'25 I have yet to receive my order. Even worse is the communication from Makro, I made the biggest mistake to use their online service (which is basically non existant) I will NEVER use Makro's online service again. Best of all is that the call centre is clueless. Non of them can give you a straight answer. They don't know what they are doing!!! And, they sit with my money in their account for almost 20 days which is going to take another 7-14 to refund!!!!
I booked a canopy to be fitted. I was told it would take the whole day. I got there at 9am, and it did take the whole day. To fit the canopy took around 2 hours. The rest of the time 2 incompetent guys tried to sort out the wiring which they couldn't. They used black and orange wire with a cordless battery to try and trace wires in the canopy. No proper electrical fault-finding equipment was used?! They skinned wires where water can obviously find its way. The final straw was when these 2 incompetent guys wanted to cut into my brand-new Toyota Double Cab's wires. A total disregard for the warranty on my new Toyota. I stopped them right there!!!! As a qualified electrician, it was utterly disgusting and frustrating watching these 2 incompetent guys working on my vehicle!! There's a major lack of guidance from management!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone when it comes to wiring. NS. I sorted the wiring in the canopy out the 2 incompetent guys could NOT. It took me under 45mins.
Good day, I bought a new Toyota Double Cab. Your system seemed to be most fitting. I contacted your team for an installation. At first, I was asked if I'm available the same day for the installation, and I replied I am. Nobody pitched. Then I received an sms that I would be contacted within 48 hours, I was contacted only to be told that the technician couldn't make but I wasn't contacted. Furthermore, when you speak to the call centre staff you can hardly hear them as there is shouting and laughing in the background, very unprofessional in my opinion. Therefore, if you can not keep to your word I can not see myself and/or any of my family and friends doing business with you. I asked your accounts, scheduling team, etc. to cancel EVERYTHING. Good bye
I ordered some items from HP online. For some unfathomable reason HP online uses DawnWing/DPD Laser??? I keep getting sms messages:" Your package is out for delivery" only to get another sms message " Your package could not be delivered" - laughable to say the least. Then they state that the tried to deliver but the company was closed. Funny thing is that my offices (and those of my wife) is at home. Therefore there ALWAYS someone on the premises. I called DPDLaser and asked that the driver give me a call should they get lost - to date nothing, no call. DawnWing/DPDLaser, stop lying to the customer. If you are incapable of doing the job send my package back to HP online. I'll get my own courier service to collect it from them. NS. HPOnline get yourselves another courier service

I think your online BOT is the worst. Also, the service rendered by you staff is horrendous to say the least! At first the one guy doesn't deliver in my area. I send him my location for another to find my address only to be told that my package can't be delivered today only in the following week? ***?!
