They sell faulty 2nd hand canopies. STAY away from these people, they take zero accountability for their poor service! Ziyaad is a ****, and will string you along for months! I do not recommend these people

I booked a canopy to be fitted. I was told it would take the whole day. I got there at 9am, and it did take the whole day. To fit the canopy took around 2 hours. The rest of the time 2 incompetent guys tried to sort out the wiring which they couldn't. They used black and orange wire with a cordless battery to try and trace wires in the canopy. No proper electrical fault-finding equipment was used?! They skinned wires where water can obviously find its way. The final straw was when these 2 incompetent guys wanted to cut into my brand-new Toyota Double Cab's wires. A total disregard for the warranty on my new Toyota. I stopped them right there!!!! As a qualified electrician, it was utterly disgusting and frustrating watching these 2 incompetent guys working on my vehicle!! There's a major lack of guidance from management!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone when it comes to wiring. NS. I sorted the wiring in the canopy out the 2 incompetent guys could NOT. It took me under 45mins.

Joburg Canopy Fitment Centre Newlands, does not give any terms and conditions or offer a guarantee on their service. They install defective third party parts and refuse to refund for these defective parts. This Fitment Centre does not explain payment terms until issuing a receipt. A 2% bank handling fee is charged by them for paying with a credit card which is the first time I have ever seen this. I am still waiting for the owner to contact me. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN!!!

Avoid this compnay. They have the worst customer service. The rubber in my canopy broke in less than a month and they refused to repair it. They wanted to charge R100 to replace their bad workmanship. When I told them I wont pay, they told me to leave. They way they treat their customers is disgusting!

Worst customer service ever. Avoid these guys at all costs. The rubber came off my canopy in less than a month and they refused to fix it. They wanted R100 to fix their shocking workmanship. Stay away.

Purchased a second hand canopy, at first rain, after 10 days the canopy leaked through the windows and the roof racks, which were sold as fitted. They are unwilling to repair or attend to it, as they said I didnt bring it back with 7 Days and there is no Guarantee on second hand Canopies. the best they would do is charge me a handling fee for canopy usage and replace. I would think twice before spending any money with them!

Bad service. I took my car there to replace a lock on my canopy. They tore my anti smash and grab film on the glass and did not want to take responsibility for it. Bilaal just blew me off. Very unprofessional!
