CASHOUT NIGHTMARE

I cashed out R2000 on 19 April 2023 at 13:18. When I inquired as to when I will receive the details to withdraw the money I was told that it will take 24 hrs. Today at 12:30 I informed 7richesclub via the live chat that I need the money urgently and if it was possible to pay it out a few minutes before the 24hr mark which was 13:18 today. I was informed that my request was sent to the accounts department and I have to wait for them to send me the withdrawel pin. I am still waiting after numerous requests and repeatedly stressing that I need the money urgently I still only got told to wait untill the accounts department gets around to it.

The live chat is utterly useless and gets nothing solved. If the accounts department is listening.... I'm still kindly waiting for my money!!!!!!!!
