I cashed out R2000 on 19 April 2023 at 13:18. When I inquired as to when I will receive the details to withdraw the money I was told that it will take 24 hrs. Today at 12:30 I informed 7richesclub via the live chat that I need the money urgently and if it was possible to pay it out a few minutes before the 24hr mark which was 13:18 today. I was informed that my request was sent to the accounts department and I have to wait for them to send me the withdrawel pin. I am still waiting after numerous requests and repeatedly stressing that I need the money urgently I still only got told to wait untill the accounts department gets around to it. The live chat is utterly useless and gets nothing solved. If the accounts department is listening.... I'm still kindly waiting for my money!!!!!!!!
I lost my phone and when I received a new one r I could not remember the password for my lottostar account. I requested to change the email address from the old one to one I currently use. Every time I lodge a query it gets escalated and then nothing happens. It's been 3 days of constant emails and live chats and me having to profile fica documents and still nothing. As soon as my query gets escalated to God knows where it hits a wall and every starts over again The customer care number doesn't work and the service is appalling. Can lottostar please contact me and provide me with a name of anyone who I can beg to change my email address on my account. Do you enjoy wasting people's time? I was told twice yesterday that my email will be updated bit this was just another lie. Please get rid of your customer service team because they are useless and do not belong in the real world. Maybe in lottostar land this level of service is exceptable but on planet earth it surely isn't.
