Contacted Kate 7th October with my sorry story of my frustration….. I retired end November’20 and applied for unemployment in January ‘21. After numerous phone call and endless frustrations ……October 5th UIF emailed me advising me that I am not eligible as I answered the questions in the application incorrectly. I contacted Kate on Thursday 7th October. And gave her all my details. 11 th October I received a lump sum payment. Couldn’t believe how she was able to achieve this. First class service.
