Disgusting Service HRM caterers Rajmahomed Phoenix Durban

I booked a catering with HRM caterers cc Rajmahomed located in Phoenix Durban on the 18th September 2019 then cancelled on 10 October 2019 due to circumstance, requested a refund for my R19000 deposit and they refused . I spoke to Imtiaz also known as George and was given the runaround for my money even up until today in 2021 which has not been paid. Absolutely disgusting service from what they show to be a reputable family business. Please be aware of them.
