Waiting for my parcel to be delivered today, I enquire via the whatsapp chat and chatted to an agent, the response was will need to escalate, no feedback, its frustrating when no one can give information on what's going on, and no prompt feedback, bad service !
Absolutely bad service at first car rental cape town airport, i have been waiting 1 and half hours and no cars available, even thoughbthis car has been booked in advance, really wasting my time. Will not be using this companty again
Requested a claim and feedback was 20 working days to process, Logged a query and was advised 5 to 7 working days to to feedback Was also referred to an outsourced service provider which was closed BONITAS no accountability, which company processes and urgent medical claim for 20 working days ? , And also refers their client to and outsourced company which is closed instead of assisting on the claim, absolute terrible customer service with no regard for any urgency
My order has been with builders warehouse for a very long time and have not recieved feedback when will be delivered, I have escalated online and no feedback on delivery, absolutely bad customer service ! Really a painpoint on not letting the customer know the information required for ease of service , now I need to write this long message about build warehouse, total waste ot time !
I have taken in my VW T-Cross recently to VW Northcliff for a service and was assisted by Daaniyaal Fredericks the service advisor, absolutely brilliant customer service from Daaniyaal who checked every detail and kept me in the loop, Daniyaal has excellent knowledge and understanding of the issue and resolution of the issue that I had on my car, thank you for going the extra mile Daniyaal and I hope this message gets to VW to celebrate best service given to a customer, Thank you, Best Regards.
I have recently purchased a product online and the product was absolutely not a quality product which did not work and was faulty...I went to the app to log a return and the app option does not work with an error...i then sent an email twice to makro online support with no reply, cannot get through to call centre...absolute nightmare just trying to contact makro for a return and no care service, makro is really going downhill from what makro used to be, such a shame... I will never order from there again, hopefully someone from makro sees this and resolves the situation...it has now been 10 days since I escalated the problem...
I ordered a VOIP service and VOIP handset from Telkom, which the service was activated however no handset sent, when I call Telkom, the answer to me is , 'we are not sure when', its been weeks with no answer as to when i am going to receive my handset, the issue here is bad customer service, agents got no clue of any information to give you, absolutely the worst service i received, will be looking for another service provider other than Telkom as they really don't care about customer service !
Absolutely bad service from mweb ...my internet has been down for a few days cannot get through to their call centre no replies to any messages...absolute nightmare as a customer of this company...looking for alternate service provider to move to now
Had a part in my phone replaced at Wefix Cresta mall. It was really an easy pleasant experience with Wefix always keeping me in the loop with sms and emails. Really exceptional service from Khalid Shaik who assisted me with the quick efficient order. Khalid Shaik was always professional and polite, very knowledgeable and always willing to assist with the questions that I had. This is the best customer service I have received in a long time and I am sure it is because they have the right person on the job.
