frustration. A month without my phone
**** alert. My girlfriend suggested we use wefix to fix her Iphone 12 pro max. we choose the collect and deliver method. The phone went to CPT. The said to us they were waiting for parts to arrive so they can fix the phone.the quoted the battery in their first invoice. it has been a month, there is no clear communication from their side.we fix phones because we need them.a month without a phone mean you do have access to convenence. you need a new phone to use emails,work apps etc . Really disappointed. plus there is no number to contact them

WeFix - Service Efficient & Quick As Always
Good Service fast and efficient(as always).This was the third time i used WeFix to sell my damaged phones and i hanses jt in to the couriers that they sent to me on Tuesday 17/02/2026 and todayFl Friday 20/02/2026 got confirmation that my device was inspected and ETF paymenr is being processed as we speak into my bank account...So I don't know why some people are giving them a negative review here on Hellopeter because all 3 tines i had dealings with Wefix i had no issues or problems with their service ,& would recommend them to all....Thanks guys for a well done service keep up the good work

WeFix Service Experience
I have sold two mobile devices to them on two seoerate occasions and didn't have any trouble whatsoever the longestbit took was five days beforebi got my money paid into my bank account and that was giving the phone to them(collection( and up until i got my money took five days in total so my dealings with them went good i am currently trading in a third device to them gor collection to sell app**** on their website as i did previously both times that was Friday(13/02/2026) got confirmation that a courier will come to collect the phone so i expext to hear from them tomorrow since i only filled in the application late on Friday afternoon so don't think they do collections over weekends but overall my experience with them was good...I would use them again in the fuuture...Thanks guys keep up the good work and just remember this...You can't always please everybody always

Warning about Wefix – Do NOT trade your phone for cash
My name is Amukelani Mathebula, and I want to warn people about Wefix. Do not trade your phone to Wefix, especially if you need cash urgently. Before you hand over your phone, they communicate very nicely. But after they receive your phone, everything changes. You are the one who has to beg for updates. They gave me a very unfair and extremely low offer. I accepted it only because I was desperate. Since 29 January 2025, they collected my phone, but I have still not received my payment. My Transaction ID is 308777. I contacted them many times and asked them to: Make the payment Send me proof of payment Tell me which account they paid into I have sent more than 14 emails, and I also tried WhatsApp, but now they are ignoring my messages completely. Up to today, I still have no proof of payment and no money. I am struggling financially because of this. Wefix, if you need money for an emergency, do not trade your phone with them. If there was a 0-star option, I would give them 0 stars. They are not reliable, and I regret sending my phone to them. Amukelani Mathebula

3 months and no device
I booked a pick up and drop off service of my iPad last year November 2025. It’s now February 2026 and they do not respond to emails asking where my device is. This is the worst service and possibly theft of property.

Non-existent service
I tried to trade in my iPhone 13 with a courier pickup, but the service I received was non-existent. I sent an email following up near the expiration date for my trade-in, but it never received a response. Upon the expiry, I received an email explaining that my device was not received and that they would not be able to honour my trade-in. I decided to try a different company after this, and received much better service, response times, and a successful, easy trade-in. I was considering buying a device from weFix, but after this experience I do not trust their trustworthiness.

I took my iphone 12 pro to Wefix Menlyn for a battery replacement and funny enough they switched my original glass screen with this **** plastic screen. These are just ****mers, i trusted Wefix but they did me dirty
