I absolutely love TCG!!!! Never been disappointed. The tracking actually works and you know exactly what is happening with your parcel. I wish every ecom site used TCG honestly. Please keep it up, I love using your service.

Bad customer service. Their credit wallet system sucks! It can't handle duplicate payments and we are told we'll be fined if we make more than one purchase in a day. I want to be rid of this company and will now start the process of getting their system out of my unit.
A month ago I had serious problems with the new app. These were most likely teething issues and I’m happy to say that the issues are a thing of the past for me! I noticed that you’ve sorted out the scanner at my gym too. Really happy with the free smoothies for working out more than twice a week, as it keeps me motivated. I think this is a great thing you are doing and for that I’ll give you 5 stars! I must warn others though that sometimes there can be billing issues, my girlfriend experienced this. But as a gym in South Africa besides the admin, it’s fantastic!
I really wanted to give RSAWEB a good review, however there were major billing issues: I had been given a code for 500 credit and entered this upon purchase. It doesn't say anywhere when this will kick in. Spoke to so many people at their call center chatbot and all had different responses. The one lady said twice that I wouldn't be billed on the first. She confirmed this more than once. The first comes and I get billed without the 500 credit kicking in. Still have not received any invoice through their app and nothing via email. Call center is unable to help me either. All varying responses. I knew that the debit order system would give me grey hairs and it is. RSAWEB fix your processes. They simply can't agree on when I will be billed and how much I'll be billed. - FRUSTRATING

PLEASE JUST CLOSE MY ACCOUNT OR DOWNGRADE IT. It has been weeks if not months and after countless "I'm putting your request through" my account is still not closed. Absolutely pathetic, as I'm still expected to pay my bank fee when I haven't been using my FNB account for months now. You claim to be one of the best banks, but your processes for simple things are not so smooth.
Called in to cancel my life policy today and was told I am going to be charged for June as well....HOW AND WHY?! My reason for canceling was expressed to discovery that I cannot afford the monthly payment, Yet they still charge my for half a month, how. No thank you, the red tape is too much.
Wow! I recieved amazing service from the branch in Tableview today. Decided to move my banking over to ABSA because I have a home loan with them and want to build a solid relationship for my next home loan. Sign up was smooth and I love the fact that the rewards program is free and not complicated at all. Thanks Absa!
