I paid R685 on the 10th Feb, and been debited from my bank account. However when I log in I’m still asked for payment. When I go to your help centre I’m Asked for payment again. I need assistance ASAP!

I registered a query on the TaxTim site nearly a month ago, and received an automated reply that I would receive response within 48 hours. I have followed up on 3 occasions, and its now nearly a month since my query!!! Super frustrating, as they don't have any other means of communication with customers.

In the middle of January 2026, I filled in all the details for my tax return. Paid the fee and then when I tried to submit there was a system error. I messaged TaxTim on the 26th of January and a couple of times after that and have received no response. And the problem still persists.

I am a new user, and have already made payment for an Ultra Package - my IRP5 data has imported successfully. I am halfway through capturing the details, but am having issues with a specific Source Code. When clicking on Help, I can't find an explanation for my specific problem. I then have the option to ask a specific question, but as soon as I select the Tax Year that I want to ask a question about, the Query screen takes me back to the Payment page - I cannot get to a point where I can submit my "IT glitch" or ask for help. There is nowhere for me to get support about this issue, also tried Facebook Messenger. Money down the drain, and nowhere closer to submitting my return. There is also nowhere for me to verify whether there was perhaps an issue with my payment, or anywhere where I can see to which year / return the payment has been allocated, or an option to "move" a payment to another tax year, if I accidentally started on the wrong one.

I thought we'd gotten off to a rocky start trying to get TaxTim take over my SARS profile but once this was confirmed, the process was comprehensive and relatively painless. My tax return has always been late, hopefully now I'll be on top of things going forward!

Good concept but absolute no customer service. I have paid for the premium package. Was informed that I need to complete a spesific form. No help to get the form. No contact details. Website form where you can ask a question does not work. I want my money back.
